E- Safety for Parents

Here at school we take e-safety very seriously. 

E-safety is an integral part of children’s education in today’s digital world and is embedded in their learning at school. We want to help our parents and children improve their own understanding of e-safety issues so they can learn to use the internet and all digital media in a safe and secure way.

There are many websites designed to help parents understand the key issues and risks that the very real 'virtual world' poses for our children. Stranger danger is no longer a child being approached in the park, it's often a predatory person, posing as a child, interacting with children behind a computer screen from somewhere far away.
